Based on this categorization, the bot should assign tickets to the relevant internal teams, ensuring efficient routing and faster resolution times. For more complex, sensitive, or high-priority issues, the system should intelligently escalate conversations to human agents, transferring full context to ensure a smooth handoff without requiring customers to repeat themselves.\nWe are also looking for multi-channel support capabilities. The chatbot should be deployable across various customer touchpoints, including website live chat, email, and potentially messaging platforms like WhatsApp. A key requirement is maintaining conversation continuity and context across these channels, so users receive a seamless and consistent support experience regardless of where they engage.\nBeyond customer-facing interactions, we would like the system to include features that assist our internal support team.
